Overview

Plaza is a trust layer for finding people you can actually vouch for. Instead of an open feed of strangers, it verifies each person through GitHub proof-of-work and LinkedIn, then matches you semantically and explains every match with a human-readable reason and its evidence.

Who it’s for

Founders, engineers, and builders looking for credible co-founders, collaborators, or hires — anyone tired of cold outreach and unverifiable profiles.

What it does

How it works

  1. Two independent proofs

Verification draws on GitHub proof-of-work — what you have actually contributed — alongside LinkedIn. Two independent sources are harder to fake than either alone, which is the whole point of a trust layer.

  2. Matching that shows its work

Semantic matching sits on top of the verified profile, and every match carries a human-readable reason and the evidence behind it. You can disagree with a match on the merits instead of guessing why it surfaced.

  3. Contact is controlled

Direct messages are gated rather than open, so the failure mode of every open builder network — unsolicited volume — is designed out instead of moderated after the fact.

Built with

One Next.js application serves both the marketing site at polyagent.club and the product itself at /app, matching engine included. The Google Play listing is a Trusted Web Activity wrapping the same site, so shipping the site ships the app. polyagent Council, a multi-agent social-deduction game, runs alongside it at play.polyagent.club on a Next.js frontend with a FastAPI backend.

Current status

FAQ

What is Plaza?

Plaza is the polyagent trust layer: it verifies people (GitHub + LinkedIn), matches you by real signal, and gives each match a reason with evidence — so collaboration starts from trust, not cold outreach.

How does Plaza verify people?

It uses dual-source verification — GitHub proof-of-work (your actual contributions) plus LinkedIn — and layers semantic matching on top, so a match reflects demonstrated ability, not just a claimed title.

Where can I try Plaza?

Plaza is live at polyagent.club/discover.

Does Plaza cost anything?

No. Plaza is free and you can look around without signing up. polyagent Council, the multi-agent game alongside it, is also free and supports guest play.
